• In case of non-compliant measurements, a replacement may be made if the product is available, provided that it is returned in its original condition and with all accessories.
• The customer must contact the customer service team and arrange for the replacement item to be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the replacement process.
• Regarding the cancellation policy, please note that the order cannot be cancelled after the shipping process. Please check your order carefully and make sure all the details are correct before confirming it.
• We guarantee that you will receive products that exactly match the photos and are of high quality, as they are made with the best materials. We also guarantee that the product will be identical to the one presented on the website.

Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of items. LALLATE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

Prices: Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the Website. Prices are subject to change without notice. LALLATE reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Payment: We accept international and local credit card payments:  Visa, Mastercard and cmi card directly on the site at checkout.  Payment details are protected by secure encryption.

We also accept payments by national and international bank transfer. Please contact us before placing an order to provide you with our RIB AND IBAN as well as our swift code.

We accept cash payments only in our private showroom by appointment in Agadir, Morocco.

Used products: The company does not take back used clothing.

Damage: The company is not responsible for damage caused by the customer: burns, poor maintenance, enameling.

Return and Refund: The company does not offer refund or return.

SHIPPING POLICY

We are pleased to announce the availability of a free shipping service within the Kingdom of Morocco for our valued customers, via the Amana shipping company. According to our estimates, the shipment should arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Once the shipping process is complete, you will be provided with a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your shipment by visiting the Amana website. 

Regarding shipping to other countries around the world, we also offer a shipping service via DHL Expres. In this case, the shipment is expected to arrive within 5 to 7 business days for Europe, the Middle East, and the USA. For countries in the rest of the world, allow 7 to 14 days. A tracking number will be provided, allowing you to follow its status by visiting their website.
